Local partners help HabitaTech work in a market where local knowledge, relationships, and on-site coordination matter.

Partner Role

  • Identify property owners or property managers who may benefit.
  • Explain the value in simple business terms.
  • Use the configurator with the customer to explore the property and desired features.
  • Save the lead, notes, and follow-up questions when the customer is interested.
  • Coordinate property pre-surveys.
  • Help organize local installers or electricians.
  • Receive or store hardware when needed.
  • Support the installation handoff and local quality check.

Not Required

  • You do not need to program the smart-home system.
  • You do not need to build software.
  • You do not need to design the full technical architecture.

HabitaTech handles configuration, dashboard setup, remote monitoring, and technical support.

Configurator As A Sales Tool

The configurator is not only for customers to fill out alone. A local partner can use it during a meeting with a tablet, laptop, or phone.

The goal is to guide the conversation:

  • Which outcomes does the customer want?
  • Which property type is this?
  • Which rooms, doors, AC units, cameras, or water points matter?
  • What needs to be checked before a final quote?

In the future, partner accounts can make this more powerful: saved leads, internal notes, second-level questions, survey status, and follow-up tasks.

Do not lead with device names. Lead with outcomes:

  • Save electricity.
  • Avoid water damage.
  • Manage villas remotely.
  • Reduce guest problems.
  • Make cleaning and maintenance easier.
